"Return was more stressful than expected"
I’m not sure if it was just me, but the return process felt way more complicated than it needed to be. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I ended up waiting quite a while for a response before I knew what to do next. Everything did get sorted in the end, and the clothes themselves were nice, but the whole return experience was slow and kind of stressful. It definitely made me hesitate about ordering again.

"Tracking updates were really clear"
I got regular tracking updates along the way , so I always knew where my order was . Honestly , it made the whole delivery feel stress-free .

"Late delivery and confusing tracking"
I was waiting around for this delivery and kept checking the tracking, hoping it would give me some kind of useful update. Unfortunately, it didn’t really tell me much at all, and the package ended up arriving late. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but the lack of clear tracking made the wait frustrating.

"Started falling apart after just a few wears"
I only wore this top about three times before the stitching started coming loose, which was disappointing. After one wash, the fabric also felt kind of "weird" and not the same as when I got it. For me, it just wasn’t "worth it."

The customer service was helpful overall, but it did take longer than I expected. They answered my questions and were polite, so I can’t really complain too much, but I feel like the whole process could’ve been quicker, right?

"Nice stuff, even if the prices are a little much"
I’ll be honest, I do like the clothes. The style is really nice and the quality isn’t bad at all, so I’m not saying it’s junk or anything. I just think for what they charge, I expected a bit more from some of the pieces. A few items definitely feel worth it, but others kind of make me question the price. Shipping was totally fine, no complaints there. I’d probably order again if there’s a sale, but I don’t think I’d rush to pay full price

"Sooo different in the best way"
I really like how their pieces don’t look like the usual stuff you see everywhere. They’ve got this artsy vibe, but they’re still super easy to actually wear, which is amaaazing. love that.

"Pretty good stock most of the time"
I’ve checked tachclothing.com a few different times now, most of the stuff I wanted was actually available. That’s not always the case with clothing sites, so I appreciated not feeling like they were dangling cute pieces in front of me that I couldn’t actually buy.
One top I really liked was sold out in my size, so it wasn’t perfect, but the sizing info was clear and the overall availability was better than a lot of other places I’ve used. I think brands should be honest and practical about stock, and this site mostly seems to get that right.

I was browsing tachclothing.com and ended up finding a few pieces I really liked, so I decided to place an order. Everything showed up just fine and I was happy with the clothes overall, but the shipping cost felt steep to me. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, but that extra delivery fee definitely made me stop and think about whether I’d order again soon. I’d probably shop there more if the shipping was a little cheaper.

"Helpful, though I wish it was faster"
I had a question about my order and support got back to me the next day. Not exactly the quickest response, which was a bit annoying, but to be fair they were polite and did get everything sorted out. Overall, good help. 4 stars from me.

I thought some of the pieces were really cute, and I can definitely see why other people would love them. For my own style though, a few felt a little too bold or over the top. Overall, I’d say the designs are nice, just not completely my taste...

"Exchange felt like a bait and switch"
I expected the exchange to be straightforward, but it ended up taking way too long. I had to follow up twice just to get an update, which was really frustrating. It kind of gave me that bait and switch feeling, like everything seemed easy at first until I actually needed help.

The packaging was nice and everything was packed really well, so I was happy about that. The only thing is the box had a small dent in it, which wasn’t a huge deal, just something I noticed right away. Overall though, it was almost perfect...

My order sat in processing for a few days with no real update, which got frustrating. I did hear back from support, but the reply was vague and didn’t really make me feel like an actual person was looking into it. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of annoying and a bit impersonal.

I ordered from tachclothing.com the fabric is really nice. It’s soft without feeling too thin, and there’s something about it that just feels comfortable right away.
I wore it for a full day and it stayed comfy the whole time, with no scratchy feeling on my skin. I was actually a little surprised by how good it felt, and I’d definitely buy again.

"International shipping was more hassle than it should’ve been"

"Size guide was actually spot on!"
I ordered from tachclothing.com and wasn’t totally sure how the sizing would work out, but I’m so glad I went by the size chart. The dress fit exactly how I hoped, not too tight, no awkward shoulder fit, and the length was just right for me. Such a nice surprise because online sizing can be all over the place. Really happy with it!

"Cute clothes, but washing is kinda tricky"
I really liked how the stuff I ordered from tachclothing.com looked when it arrived. The pieces are cute and easy to wear, but the washing part wasn’t as great as I hoped.
I followed the care tag and washed everything cold, but one of the tops still shrunk a little. The fabric also didn’t feel quite as soft after, though the colors held up well and didn’t fade much.
For the price, I expected them to handle washing a bit better. I’ll still wear what I bought, just probaly going to hand wash next time to be safe.
